excited after spending all summer long with them in the house running
up bills and eating all the food. They have to walk to the bus stop
and it's 1K there.
When Janiece got to school they tried to turn her away because they
hadn't created a schedule for her yet....*crickets* I emailed the
counselor and explained our situation that weekend. She even replied,
but said we needed to meet before we could get her in. Doug suggested
that we just send her to school anyway and force them to give her a
schedule or look at her all day.
Later on today we went to the school and found out she'd been issued a
schedule without her records from her previous high school. I still
don't know why her records haven't been received because we pre-
registered August 4th.
Anyway, everyone got along well today and I'm really looking forward
to whatever is in our future.
I'm glad everything worked out. It is a shame that sometimes we have to push administration into a corner to get things done. :z
